Brett Cahill is a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in functional training, sport specific training, mobility work, muscle building and weight loss. Brett is skilled in working with people of all ages and ability levels. He has experience working with novice, intermediate, and advanced clientele. He is passionate, thoughtful and holistic in his approach – he takes his clients’ goals on as his own and creates individualized workouts that are both challenging and approachable. Brett is a firm believer in teaching clients to move properly to prevent injuries.
